Tryouts for the 2019-2020 ExploSwing NW season will be held at:

 

Island Crest Park North (turf field). 5800 Island Crest Way, Mercer Island, WA 98040

 

There are 2 tryout dates available:

• July 30th @ 6:00pm

• August 5th @ 6:00pm (south field, dirt/grass)

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in. Tryout will last approximately 2 hours depending on number in attendance.

​

Players should expect to run a 60 yard dash, take ground balls and fly balls with throws, catchers throw to bases and catch bullpens, possibly take an infield outfield, and hit BP. Pitchers should come prepared to throw about 15-20 pitch bullpens.

​

Players should come in baseball attire (baseball pants, shirt, hat) and bring all proper equipment needed including bat, glove, batting helmet, catcher's gear, protective cup, cleats, turf shoes etc.

 

**No Metal Spikes or Sunflower Seeds allowed on turf**
